Last updated: 9 September 2026. This notice applies only to the public, information-only website at pilottrades.club, operated under the public brand Pilot Trades. It is not a customer subscription agreement or a commercial product licence.

1. Information-only status

No sale, subscription, licence, payment or customer account is offered or created through this website. Checkout is disabled. Selecting a plan button only displays a launch notice; it does not place an order, reserve access, initiate payment or form a contract. Product availability, functions, integrations, system requirements and launch timing may change.

2. Future pricing is non-binding

Any plan names, CHF amounts, billing periods or feature groupings shown on the website are future, non-binding illustrations for product research. They are not an offer, quotation, price guarantee or invitation to conclude a contract. If Pilot Trades later launches commercially, binding prices and consumer terms will be presented before checkout. App access is available only as part of the bundle and is not sold separately. This describes the current future-plan illustration, not an available subscription.

3. Information, software and market data

The website contains product descriptions, software demonstrations, synthetic illustrations and a chart derived from public Coinbase Exchange market data. They are provided to explain an intended software workflow. Pilot Trades does not execute trades, hold assets, open brokerage accounts or provide portfolio management through this website.

4. No investment advice

Nothing on the website is personalized investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, a signal to transact, or an offer or solicitation concerning a financial instrument. Do not use website material as the sole basis for a trading decision. Read the Risk Disclaimer and seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

5. Demo and live-trading boundaries

The displayed workflows and screenshots are demonstrations or illustrations. Trading without confirmation for each proposed trade is described only for Demo/Paper mode. Real-money execution is not enabled through this website. References to possible future live-trading functionality describe an intended control model and do not promise availability or regulatory suitability.

6. Acceptable website use

You may browse this public website for lawful personal information purposes. You must not interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access to the private owner portal, misuse automated requests, introduce malicious code, or use the website in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

7. Intellectual property and third-party material

The Pilot Trades branding, original website design, text, graphics and software materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Browsing the website does not transfer ownership or grant a licence beyond the limited, revocable permission needed for ordinary personal viewing. Third-party names and public market data remain subject to their owners’ rights and terms.

8. Availability and responsibility

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. Data may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. To the extent permitted by mandatory law, Pilot Trades gives no guarantee of uninterrupted access, accuracy, compatibility, future functionality or trading outcome. Nothing in this notice excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Privacy

Limited website, owner-session and email data are handled as described in the Privacy Notice.

10. Commercial launch hold

Commercial launch remains blocked. After Point 27 and before any sale, Pilot Trades must establish and publish the responsible legal entity, legal representative and postal business address; obtain qualified counsel review; complete applicable Swiss and EU/EEA consumer, privacy, tax, payment, refund, cancellation and licence terms; and verify checkout end to end. This notice does not claim counsel approval or commercial readiness.
